Week 21 Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire

The Week 21 EPL Waiver Wire (under 50% rostered) comes as players and EPL managers get a much-deserved break after the packed holiday stretch. EPL Games don’t start up again until January 13th. There are EFL Cup and FA Cup games between now and then, so keep your eyes on injuries, as those games play out.

Liverpool remains top of the table, with Aston Villa holding strong in second. City sit in third, with a game in hand. The Gunners need to get back to winning ways, if they want to keep in the title race, as Spurs chase.

EPL Waiver Wire suggestions for week 21 are listed below in order of most to least rostered in Fantrax.

Week 21 Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire

Noni Madueke – Forward – 40% – Chelsea vs Fulham

It’s now two goals in a row for the Chelsea forward. He scored as a sub, then earned the start, which he showed he deserved. Chelsea have needed a spark offensively, and the youngster might be that spark. Chelsea has lots of options up front right now, so players will fight for time on the pitch. He’s put up a good case over the last few games.

Giovani Lo Celso – Midfielder – 33% – Manchester United vs Tottenham

Lo Celso has two goals and two assists on the season so far. When he is healthy and starts, he has been productive for the Spurs and for EPL fantasy managers. Spurs continue to score goals, and Man United are still inconsistent and unpredictable. Lo is worth a look on the EPL waiver wire this week.

Craig Dawson – Defender –16% – Brighton vs Wolves

Wolves have had three straight dominant performances. There aren’t too many ways into the Wolves team for fantasy managers. Dawson is a solid, non-nonsense defender. He’s strong in the air and even scored a goal last game. I won’t count on that again, but if you’re looking for a regular starter on a streaking team, then Dawson is a solid choice.

Facundo Buonanotte – Midfielder – 12% – Brighton vs Wolves

I’ve been a fan of the young Seagull attacking midfielder since he popped onto the scene at the end of last season. He hasn’t been consistent playing time, but with the growing injuries, those opportunities may become more and more available. He’s not a sure starter, but I’m looking at him to stash too and hope he goes on a streak.

Check the matchups, be sure you double-check injuries after the cup games. Go with your gut. Have fun.

Good luck!
