Fantasy Football Playoffs Round 2: Matchup Winners

Every week, I do the dirty work for you and dig into every NFL matchup to determine who is the player from each team to spotlight. This involves looking at Fantasy Points Per Game (PPG) and yardage allowed by defenses, along with looking at player usage and performances. I will always have hits and misses, but I will also always have detailed reasoning behind the points I am making.

If you are reading this, I am hoping last week’s article gave you a boost in your Fantasy Football Playoff matchup. You may have also earned a BYE, which in both cases would mean you are one win away from the Championship. This is what it is all about. We “Play 2 Win” here.

Week 15 Hits

Below are some hits that had huge weeks or simply out-produced their expectations in Week 15.

  • Sam LaPorta – 28.6 Fantasy Points
  • David Njoku – 26.4 Fantasy Points
  • Brock Purdy – 25.7 Fantasy Points
  • Davante Adams – 24.1 Fantasy Points
  • Rashee Rice – 24.1 Fantasy Points
  • Noah Brown – 22.2 Fantasy Points
  • Tee Higgins – 22.1 Fantasy Points
  • Rachaad White – 21.9 Fantasy Points
  • Matthew Stafford – 18.5 Fantasy Points
  • Raheem Mostert – 18.3 Fantasy Points
  • Russell Wilson – 17.5 Fantasy Points
  • Jordan Love – 17.5 Fantasy Points
  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba – 14.8 Fantasy Points

Each week I am accountable within this piece, and highlight the misses. Those misses in Week 15 include Austin Ekeler, Najee Harris, Saquon Barkley, Bijan Robinson, Garrett Wilson, Dak Prescott, and Zay Flowers.

Overall, I feel great about the “hit” to “miss” ratio within these articles this season. Let’s keep it rolling here into the Fantasy Playoffs, where this sort of content is most important. It’s do-or-die time for your Fantasy teams. The intent is to help you win your Fantasy Football matchups, and maybe even some DFS cash.

It is the holiday season, which means a diverse schedule for the week. Plenty of football to keep us entertained. I hope you have a great holiday with your family, and that you are able to relax and enjoy yourselves. Below are my player highlights for Week 16 – let’s get it!

Fantasy Football Playoffs Matchup Winners

Thursday Night Football

Saints vs. Rams

  • Derek Carr: The Rams allow the seventh most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks and the 12th most passing yards per game. This matchup makes Derek Carr feel like a potential quarterback to stream, especially coming off of his best Fantasy scoring week of the season (20.3) without his WR1 in Chris Olave. Carr threw 23/28 last week (82.1%) for 218 passing yards and three touchdowns. Week 15 was just the third time Carr has finished as a top 12 Fantasy quarterback. Carr ranks #12 in passing attempts (448), #6 in deep ball attempts (57), and #10 in red zone attempts (56) which shows volume and opportunity through the air. We are hoping Olave returns, which can bump Carr even more for Week 15 beyond the solid Rams matchup.
  • Kyren Williams: The Saints are not a plus matchup for running backs, but matchups become less important when a guy like Kyren Williams consistently has massive volume paired with production. Since his return from injury in Week 12, Williams has totaled 22, 24, 28, and 32 touches for 204, 112, 113, and 155 scrimmage yards. Heavy volume, heavy production. During this span of games, Williams has finished as the RB1, RB9, RB18, and RB5 for those weeks with scores of 38.4, 20.2, 14.3 and 24.5 Fantasy Points. Williams is always a must-start.

Saturday Slate

Bengals vs. Steelers

  • Joe Mixon: The Steelers allow the 12th most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the 11th most rushing yards per game this season. There are two concerns with Mixon right now for this game. 1). A poor eight-point fantasy outing in Week 12 against the Steelers. 2). Rookie Chase Brown has been eating more and more into Mixon’s work and only trailed Mixon by three touches last week. Since the Week 7 BYE though, Mixon has finished as a top-10 Fantasy running back in five of his eight games played. During this span, Mixon has scored 15+ Fantasy Points in six of those weeks, and 20+ Fantasy Points in four of them. Seven rushing touchdowns across the last eight games, along with three weeks of 44+ receiving yards highlight some other important notes. I like Mixon to be valuable in your lineups in Week 16, and bounce back from his last Steelers performance.
  • Pat Freiermuth: The Bengals allow the second most Fantasy PPG to tight ends this season, and Pat Freiermuth should know this all too well after finishing as the Fantasy Football TE1 in Week 12 against them. Freiermuth caught nine of his 11 targets for 120 receiving yards and scored 21 Fantasy Points. Following that performance, Freiermuth was targeted five and seven times in the two games after but has yet to have another useful week. Part of that may be due to the Steelers’ quarterback situation, with Kenny Pickett dealing with an injury, leading to Mitch Trubisky and now potentially pivoting to Mason Rudolph. Coach Tomlin hinted there could be a chance Pickett is back, but if not it is Rudolph. Hard to not picture another good week for Big Pat if healthy against the Bengals.

Bills vs. Chargers

  • Stefon Diggs: The Chargers allow the third most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the third most passing yards per game. It has been extremely frustrating to roster Stefon Diggs for Fantasy Football (speaking for at least myself) the last five weeks. During this span, Diggs has finished as the WR54, WR54, WR16, WR52, and WR45 for Fantasy Football, making him pretty useless in your lineups. Diggs opened up the season finishing as a top-12 Fantasy wide receiver in five of his first seven games. Diggs has had five weeks of 20+ Fantasy Points and five weeks of over 100 receiving yards. The volume is there as well, with Diggs averaging 10.2 targets per game with eight games over it. Just last week, Josh Allen only attempted 15 passes against the Cowboys in a win, which was all that was needed to game manage against another quality offense. I think the Chargers, led by Easton Stick, do not present a matchup the Bills will need to game-manage again. The Chargers are one of, if not the best matchup when it comes to what they combine to allow to receivers this season which to me just means Stefon Diggs bounce. We know Diggs has been frustrated, and he is going to take it out on the Chargers.
  • Joshua Palmer: The Bills are not a plus matchup for wide receivers, but the offense will demand the Chargers offense to try to push the ball through the air. For this reason, I feel Palmer deserves a shot in your FLEX position for the week. Palmer returned from injury last week to play 72% of the snaps and catch all four targets for 113 receiving yards and a touchdown which meant 21.3 Fantasy Points. Palmer has appeared in just eight games this season due to injury, but Week 15 marked the third game over 14 Fantasy Points for him. Palmer has actually scored 13+ Fantasy Points in nine games in the 2022 and 2021 seasons, typically when he stepped into a more important role. Keenan Allen may or may not be back in Week 16, but regardless I believe Palmer will either be the WR1 or WR2 (in front of Quentin Johnston) for the week in a heavy passing game script. Positive signs last week in the Easton Stick start include 257 passing yards and three touchdowns.

Sunday Slate

Colts vs. Falcons

  • Gardner Minshew: The Falcons allow the 13th most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks this season. In Week 15, Zack Moss was banged up which meant Trey Sermon and Tyler Goodson earning work. Jonathan Taylor is trending up but we are unsure if he will be available or not. Moss is hopeful to play but again we are unsure. The bottom line is that there are too many question marks to the run game which should mean leaning on Gardner Minshew which puts him in streaming potential for Fantasy Football. Minshew finished with over 20 Fantasy Points for the second time this season in Week 15, throwing for 215 yards and three touchdowns in a win over the Steelers. Minshew has finished as a top-12 quarterback for Fantasy three times this season, has finished three games above 300 yards passing, and has thrown for multiple touchdowns in four games. Michael Pittman Jr. left Week 15 with an injury, so we are hoping Minshew’s alpha is available.
  • Bijan Robinson: The Colts allow the fourth most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the seventh most rushing yards per game. Listen, I am just as frustrated and confused as the next guy when it comes to Robinson’s Week 15 usage in what should have been a smash matchup against Carolina. Bijan played 58% of the snaps and totaled eight touches while Tyler Allgeier played 50% of the snaps and totaled 15 touches. In the previous two games, Robinson played 75% and 78% of the snaps, and across Weeks 10-14, the rookie totaled 19+ touches in three games. Many managers are going to juggle playing or not playing Robinson after last week’s nightmare of 0.4 Fantasy Points, but I am here to tell you to play him. In a smash matchup, the last thing you want to do is for Robinson to get back to our expected volume and for him to go completely off. Risk vs. reward situation, but I am chasing rewards in my mission to win a Championship. Robinson has finished with 18+ Fantasy Points in five games this season, has rushed for over 90 yards in four games and finished six weeks with four or more receptions.

Packers vs. Panthers

  • Aaron Jones: The Panthers allow the third most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the 13th most rushing yards per game. Aaron Jones returned from injury in Week 15, to play 48% of the snaps and total 17 touches. Green Bay was trailing Tampa Bay often last week, which did not exactly boost Jones’ role. It was nice to see Jones see 17 touches though in his return from injury, and the four receptions were the fourth time across the last five appearances Jones hit that mark. We know of Aaron Jones’ dual-threat abilities, evident just last year with 1,121 rushing yards and 59 receptions which were both career highs. Jones looks healthy, and the Panthers are a smash matchup for him to get back to his Fantasy relevance. Perfect timing in the Fantasy Playoffs.
  • Chuba Hubbard: The Packers allow the ninth most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the third most rushing yards per game this season. Chuba Hubbard continues to operate as the lead back in Carolina, playing 78% and 73% of the snaps the last two weeks now. Three straight games with 22+ rushing attempts is quality volume and have resulted in 104, 87, 87 rushing yard totals. Hubbard ranks third in total rushing yards across the last three weeks. Hubbard has finished with double-digit Fantasy Points for four straight weeks, which makes him a safer play, but has also scored over 20 in two of those games. Week 16 presents a great matchup for Hubbard to again be a safe double-digit Fantasy scorer, who can have an upside week should he find the end zone.

Browns vs. Texans

  • David Njoku: The Texans allow the 7th most Fantasy PPG to tight ends this season. Ride the hot hand in David Njoku. Back-to-back weeks for Njoku finishing as the TE2 for Fantasy Football with Joe Flacco as the quarterback is extremely significant. Njoku caught six of eight targets for 91 yards and two touchdowns in Week 14. Njoku followed that big week up with 10 receptions on 14 targets for 104 yards and a touchdown in Week 15. 27.1 then 26.4 Fantasy Points in these two games. Njoku has finished as a top 12 tight end for Fantasy Football in eight games this season and as a top five tight end in three of his last five games for Fantasy Football. Njoku must stay in lineups.
  • Devin Singletary: The Browns rank 23rd in Fantasy PPG allowed to running backs, which is not a good matchup but is better than ranking 29th to quarterbacks, 31st to wide receivers, and 31st to tight ends this year. With CJ Stroud expected to miss another week with a concussion, Devin Singletary presents maybe the only Texan you can trust. Singletary played 75% of the snaps in Week 15 and totaled 30 touches in comparison to Dameon Pierce who played just 5% of the snaps and touched the ball once. In Week 15 Singletary rushed 26 times for 121 yards and caught four passes for 49 yards for 21 Fantasy Points. Singletary has finished weeks with 150, 112, and 121 yards on the ground, and scored over 19 Fantasy Points in all three of those games. The clear Houston RB1.

Lions vs. Vikings

  • Jameson Williams: The Vikings allow the 10th most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers this season. Last week I called in my “Starts of the Week” graphic / write-up that Jaxon Smith-Njigba was a sneaky good FLEX play. This week my bold call will be Jameson Williams. Since Week 11, we have continuously seen the yards per reception (YPR) upside out of Jameson Williams. Two catches for 44 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 (22 YPR), two receptions for 51 yards in Week 12 (25.5), and four receptions for 47 yards in Week 15 (11.8 YPR). What stands out from last week is a season-high seven targets. Should big-play threat Jameson Williams start earning more targets, that simply means more opportunities to make big plays. Shooting for upside in Week 16 to push me into a Championship with Jamo surely has the rewards but Fantasy Football is about risk.
  • Nick Mullens: The Lions allow the fifth most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks this season. Another potential streamer quarterback this week is Nick Mullens, who finished as the QB11 for Fantasy Football in his first start of the year. Mullens threw 26/33 (78.8%) for 303 passing yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions for 19.1 Fantasy Points. If you took away those interceptions, Mullens could have had a massive week. 2020 was a while ago, but back as a 49er that season Mullens scored 17+ Fantasy Points in three games. So Mullens is not necessarily foreign to Fantasy relevance. This Lions – Vikings game should be a ton of fun and with Mullens having Justin Jefferson, TJ Hockenson, and Jordan Addison at his disposal his floor seems safer with those weapons.

Commanders vs. Jets

  • Antonio Gibson: The Jets allow the eighth most Fantasy PPG to running backs this season. With Brian Robinson out last week, Antonio Gibson did not see the workload we necessarily wanted with him playing 45% of the snaps and only rushing four times. Gibson did stay involved in the passing game, catching five passes for the fourth time through the last six weeks. This consistency in the passing game has helped Gibson in Fantasy, with four weeks of double-digit Fantasy weeks. There is a chance Brian Robinson misses in Week 16, which again would be an opportunity for a bump in Gibson’s role, but regardless the Jets bring a plus matchup for running backs and a poor one through the air.
  • Garrett Wilson: The Commanders allow the second most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the most passing yards per game this season. As of Wednesday, the quarterback situation for the Jets is up for grabs with Zach Wilson in concussion protocol which could mean him progressing through it or the job being Trevor Siemian’s. Regardless, the Garrett Wilson bounce-back game is set up too nicely to not plug him. Wilson had a down Week 15 but scored 20.1 Fantasy Points in Week 14 as the WR6 that week. Despite the iffy situation, Wilson has had this season, he ranks fifth in targets (138) averaging 10.3 per game, #13 in receptions (79), and is top 20 in receiving yards (882) on the year. Wilson is averaging 13 Fantasy PPG this year, with eight weeks scoring above that. Heavy volume gives Wilson the opportunity to make plays, and I feel he will do that plenty in Week 16.

Seahawks vs. Titans

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba: The Titans allow the seventh most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the 11th most passing yards per game. My bold call was Jaxon Smith-Njigba being one of my “Starts of the Week”, which consists of just eight players per week, and he had a solid 14.8 Fantasy Point outing. That game-winning touchdown in Week 15 gave JSN the needed Fantasy boost and was an awesome play to see as a “walk-off” catch. I have simply liked the positive signs for JSN since the BYE. JSN has played 62+ percent of the snaps in every game since the Week 5 BYE and has been targeted seven or more times in four of those games. JSN actually led Seattle in targets in both Week 13 and Week 14. Three weeks of 62+ receiving yards and eight out of his 10 weeks after the BYE finishing with 10+ yards per reception shows flashes of upside. JSN has a low aDot (average depth of target) of just 6.2 yards, but his playmaking is evident via ranking 15th for the position in yards after the catch. I like JSN to continue to be a reliable target in this Seahawks offense heading into Week 16.
  • Derrick Henry: The Seahawks allow the fifth most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the eighth most rushing yards per game this season. King Henry is another player due for a big bounce-back week in the Fantasy Semi-finals. In Weeks 12-14 Henry caught fire, scoring two touchdowns in each of those three games straight which meant three straight top-12 Fantasy performances. Henry has finished as a top 12 running back seven times this season, finished four games with 97+ rushing yards, and has scored 10 touchdowns on the year. A plus matchup on the ground in Week 16 is big for Henry, especially seeing as though the Titans’ offense accounts for the ninth least passing yards per game this season.

Jaguars vs. Buccaneers

  • Evan Engram: The Buccaneers allow the sixth most Fantasy PPG to tight ends and the second most passing yards per game this season. The Jaguars are banged up right now – Christian Kirk is on the IR, Trevor Lawrence is in concussion protocol and may not play and Zay Jones is dealing with a hamstring injury. Week 15 was a down week for Evan Engram, but the majority of his season has been extremely consistent. Engram has finished as a top 12 Fantasy tight end in 10 games and as a top seven tight end in seven games this season. A big push in that Fantasy consistency is the volume consistency, with 11 weeks earning seven or more targets and eight weeks earning eight or more targets. If the situation is in question, I am trusting Mr. Reliable out of the Jaguars for Week 16.
  • Mike Evans: The Jaguars allow the ninth most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the fourth most passing yards per game this season. I have said it more than once in this article, but you should be shooting for upside in the Fantasy Football Playoffs to get to that championship. Mike Evans presents Fantasy Football upside. Evans has finished five weeks with 20+ Fantasy Points, four weeks with 25+ Fantasy Points, and two weeks at 29+ Fantasy Points. Evans has finished weeks with 171, 143, and 162 receiving yards and has scored 11 touchdowns on the year. I like Baker Mayfield in this matchup, who is coming off of a massive 381 passing yard and four touchdown week, to click with Evans in Week 16.

Cardinals vs. Bears

  • Trey McBride: The Bears allow the fourth most Fantasy PPG to tight ends this season. One of the biggest risers in Fantasy Football this season has been Trey McBride, who has averaged the most Fantasy PPG (16.7) since Week 8. Check out my Dynasty Fantasy Football write-up on McBride here. McBride has finished weeks with 25.5 (Week 8), 21.1 (Week 10), 22.9 (Week 13), and 20.2  (Week 15) Fantasy scores, which gives him a massive edge for his ceiling for the tight end position. Since Kyler Murray’s return in Week 10, McBride has been his favorite target, earning nine, seven, nine, nine, and 11 targets in those five games. What Travis Kelce has historically been for the Chiefs, is what McBride is for the Cardinals. Heavy volume + heavy production in a great matchup = McBride smoking my Chicago Bears in Week 16.
  • Justin Fields: The Cardinals allow the eighth most Fantasy PPG to quarterbacks this season. Down Week 15 for Justin Fields, who completed just 19/40 of his passes for one touchdown, two interceptions and fumbled twice. The game was brutal as a Bears fan to watch, with big drops that could have helped Fields’ Fantasy day. Bounce-back time for Fields though in Week 16. Back in Week 14, Fields threw for 223 yards and a touchdown and rushed for 58 yards and another touchdown for 24.7 Fantasy Points and a QB3 finish. In Week 11, Fields finished with both a passing and rushing touchdown, with a season-high 104 rushing yards. Prior to his injury in Weeks 4 and 5 Fields threw for four touchdowns in each of those games with 335 and 282 passing yards. Fields’ upside has shown flashes both on the ground and through the air this season, which means he can explode on any given week when the stats combine. Week 16 is going to be one of those weeks.

Cowboys vs. Dolphins

  • Dak Prescott: The Dolphins rank 16th in PPG allowed to quarterbacks, smack-dab in the middle of all teams, but I feel Week 16 will have to be a Dak Prescott bounce-back week. Prescott finished as the QB32 in Week 15, and the QB14 in Week 14, which shows a trend in the wrong direction. We have seen much better days from Prescott, specifically the six weeks he finished as a top-three Fantasy Football quarterback. Those weeks he was winning you your matchups, especially Weeks 10 and 12 where he scored 32+ Fantasy Points. Dak ranks fifth in passing yards (3,639 and second in passing touchdowns (28) this season, averaging 20,.4 Fantasy PPG on the year. The Dolphins are averaging the most total yards per game (414.1) this season, so the Cowboys offense will have to be on full attack in Week 16.
  • Tua Tagovailoa: The Cowboys are not a plus matchup for any position, but we need to learn from Week 15 when it comes to Tua Tagovailoa and this Miami offense. There was plenty of concern for Tua last week due to a terrible Jets matchup, and although he did not score great for Fantasy Football he did his job plenty fine. Tua completed 21/24 (87.5%) of his passes for 224 yards and a touchdown. Not much more was needed in a 30-0 win. Tua has finished seven games as a top 12 Fantasy quarterback, finished five weeks with over 300 passing yards, and seven weeks with multiple passing touchdowns. Tua ranks first in passing yards (3,921), second in yards per attempt (8.6), and fifth in passing touchdowns (25) on the year. Similar to what I said about Dak, I feel the game script is going to be two of the better offenses in the league throwing punches that would emphasize the quarterbacks. Tyreek Hill unfortunately may miss his second week in a row, but pay attention to that.

Sunday Night Football

Patriots vs. Broncos

  • Ezekiel Elliott: The Broncos allow the second most Fantasy PPG to running backs and the most rushing yards per game this season. Rhamondre Stevenson opened up the week still not practicing, which could mean another workhorse week for Ezekiel Elliott. Zeke had a down Week 15 but had a massive Week 14 with 27 Fantasy Points as the RB1 for the week. In Week 14, Zeke rushed 22 times for 68 yards and caught seven passes for 72 yards and a receiving touchdown. 29 total touches were huge, and although the game script in Week 15 meant a hit in touches he still managed 16. 12 receptions across the last two weeks is important to note. In Stevenson’s absence, Zeke has played 91% and 87% of the snaps, which shows not only is he the guy in the backfield but the only guy. Zeke has finished five weeks with four or more yards per carry and five weeks with four or more receptions. I expect heavy usage and production to follow for the veteran in Week 16.
  • Jerry Jeudy: The Patriots allow the 12th most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers this season. Another hot take here, but I feel Week 16 has shown signs to be a week Jerry Jeudy is worth a FLEX play. Courtland Sutton has been the clear-cut WR1 for the Broncos this year, with a lot of his production guided by 10 receiving touchdowns. Disappointing year for Jerry Jeudy, who has scored double-digit Fantasy Points just six times with a season-high 13.1-point score. Six and then seven targets the last two weeks, with 74 receiving yards in Week 15 feels like some positive signs of a bigger day to come. I have been a truther from the jump when it comes to Jerry Jeudy, and I think the Semi-finals of the Fantasy Playoffs is the perfect time for me to feel good about that for once.

Christmas Slate

Raiders vs. Chiefs

  • Davante Adams: The Chiefs are not a plus matchup for any position, but if we are going to bank on something against them it will be 1) a game script through the air and 2) heavy use of the Raiders’ WR1 due to the first point. Adams had his bounce-back week last game, catching eight of his 12 targets for 101 yards and a touchdown for 24.1 Fantasy Points. Across the last two weeks, Adams has been targeted 22 times and he has finished with double-digit targets seven times this season. Aidan O’Connell is coming off of his best week, throwing for 248 yards and four touchdowns, so hopefully, that is some momentum for Adams heading into a tough matchup.
  • Rashee Rice: The Raiders are not a plus wide receiver matchup, but this is a note to ride the hot hand in Rashee Rice. Rice has finished the last four weeks as the WR3, WR22, WR12, and WR7 scoring 24.7, 14.4, 18.2, and 24.1 Fantasy Points. During this span Rice has earned 10, nine, 10, and nine targets which by math means he should earn 10 this week, right? In the last four games, Rice has produced 107, 64, 72, and 91 receiving yards. The rookie wide receiver is on absolute fire right now as Patrick Mahomes’ number-one target, even over Travis Kelce.

Giants vs. Eagles

  • Wan’Dale Robinson: The Eagles allow the most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers and the fifth most receiving yards per game this season. Back in Week 13, Wan’Dale Robinson caught six of his seven targets for 79 receiving yards and rushed twice for 36 yards which resulted in 17.5 Fantasy Points. Wan’Dale scored 14.2 Fantasy Points in Week 6 and 13.5 Fantasy Points in Week 9 as well. I do feel that if there is one wide receiver to trust, it is Wan’Dale Robinson out of the slot for the Giants. In a great wide receiver matchup, this could mean flex-worthy potential for Week 16.
  • AJ Brown: The Giants allow the fifth most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers this season. AJ Brown has earned 13, 13, and 10 targets in the last three games which is consistently high target volume. AJ Brown has finished weeks with 131, 175, 127, 131, 137, 130, and 114 receiving yards which has translated to explosive Fantasy Football weeks. So with AJB earning this sort of volume consistently as of late, and knowing he can win you your week, he is simply a must-play in the Fantasy Football Playoffs. This is a wide receiver that can propel you into your Championship if you roster him.

Ravens vs. 49ers

  • Odell Beckham Jr.: The 49ers allow the 15th most Fantasy PPG to wide receivers, and knowing that this is one of the best teams in the NFL means the potential for a lot through the air. Odell Beckham Jr. has finished with 14.6 (Week 9), 11 (Week 10), 15.6 (Week 11), and 19.7 (Week 14) Fantasy Points across the last handful of weeks which has meant being a quality FLEX option. OBJ just earned 10 targets in Week 14 from Lamar Jackson, in a game #8 threw the ball 43 times. There certainly can be volume through the air from the Ravens, and if that is the case OBJ can earn a decent share of it.
  • Deebo Samuel: The Ravens are not necessarily a plus matchup, but we have to note Deebo Samuel’s hot streak the last couple of weeks. Deebo has finished as the WR9, WR2, WR1, WR11 from Weeks 12-15 as one of the most reliable Fantasy Football options out there across all positions. This has meant scores of 22.4, 35.8, 34 and 21.9 Fantasy Points. Deebo has had games of 79, 116, and 149 receiving yards during this span, and has scored eight total touchdowns in these four games.
