Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Tyus Jones

A quiet Sunday in the NBA with just six games on the slate. The Minnesota Timberwolves held on to beat the Miami Heat without Jeff Teague or Derrick Rose. Tyus Jones filled in as the starting point-guard and once again flashed his upside and what he can do when given the playing time. There was not a lot to discuss in relation to borderline standard league players but let’s try and squeeze value from those that put up remotely decent lines. Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Tomas Satoransky Part 2

Nine games on a busy Saturday with the John Wall injury perhaps the major talking point. Wall appears set for season-ending surgery which could open the door for Tomas Satoransky to move straight into the starting lineup. I look at his performance from Saturday’s victory as well as other players rumbling along nicely, hoping to launch themselves into standard league relevance. Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Ivica Zubac

Christmas day saw five games in the NBA including the Los Angles Lakers thumping the Golden State Warriors despite losing LeBron James to a groin injury. Ivica Zubac stepped up once again in the absence of JaVale McGee, putting up his third strong game in a row. I’ll take a closer look at all five games and if there are any players that could help your team out as we head in 2019. Not using Fantrax to host your fantasy basketball league? Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Rodions Kurucs

A massive 11 games on the card before the league takes the night off leading into Christmas. Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Thomas Bryant

Seven games in the NBA for your Sunday, headlined by a triple-overtime thriller between the Washington Wizards and the Phoenix Suns. Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Marvin Williams

A busy night in the NBA with 10 games on the slate, however, not a lot of movement in terms of fringe fantasy player. One player who continued to thrive was Marvin Williams who drained a career-best seven three-pointers in a victory over the Detroit Pistons. Let’s dive into each game, looking as Williams and those other players who are making some fantasy noise. Not using Fantrax to host your fantasy basketball league? Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Derrick Jones Jr.

After Wednesday’s barrage of games, there were only two games played on Thursday in the NBA. Chris Paul suffered yet another hamstring injury which meant the Miami Heat were able to rally from 16 points down. The impressive play of Derrick Jones Jr. continued for the Heat and he is a top 35 player over his last six games. Join me in going over the four teams in action and those fringe players making some noise in fantasy leagues. Not using Fantrax to host your fantasy basketball league? Check out our fantasy…

Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Robert Williams

A massive 12 games to get through for a Wednesday, headlined by the Phoenix Suns racking up their fourth straight victory, accounting for the Boston Celtics. Despite the loss, Robert Williams came through with five blocked shots and with Aron Baynes suffering a broken hand, could be ready to break out. The Timelord is available in over 80 percent of leagues but that could change very quickly. Let’s look at all 12 games and those players who may or may not have earned themselves some standard league recognition. Players to…

Fantasy Basketball: Fringe Report – Mason Plumlee

A small four-game card for Tuesday and so not a lot of talking points to go over. The Denver Nuggets continue to keep winning without a number of their starters, in large part because of the impressive play of Mason Plumlee. Let’s run down the four games and see who might be worth adding in standard formats. Not using Fantrax to host your fantasy basketball league?
