Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills

The last contest between these two teams was an absolute blowout. The Bills won this game 35-0 and have been firing on all cylinders since. I think Miami is much better than a 1-6 team, and with Tua healthy, this game could be a bit closer than the last one. However, it is clear that the Bills have this Dolphins defense figured out and I expect Josh Allen to do his thing in Week 8 on their way to yet another victory.

Cincinnati Bengals @ New York Jets

This game should be an absolute massacre. Zach Wilson is out with an injury, and not that he has been good this season, but he is probably a lot better than their backup Mike White. The Bengals are coming off of an impressive win against the Ravens in Baltimore. This Joe Burrow to Ja’Marr Chase connection has the makings of something very special. This is my lock of the week. Do not overthink this one.

Tennessee Titans @ Indianapolis Colts

Although the Colts looked impressive in their Week 7 win over the 49ers, this Tennessee Titans team just manhandled the Chiefs. Not only that, but this is a team that has looked as if they have improved after a brutal start to their season in Week 1. This may be a close one, but I think the Titans are the better team here. So if you have already used up the Bills and the Bengals, this is my next best option. But trust me, you do not want to miss out on the Bengals this week if you still have them remaining in your pool.

Matchup to Avoid

Philadelphia Eagles @ Detroit Lions

This one just seems like the Week where the Lions finally get that first win of the season. The Eagles are not a great football team, and they just lost Miles Sanders, who is severely underused anyways, to injury. I also just think that while Jalen Hurts is a formidable fantasy quarterback, he is not going to cut it in this league as a starter long-term. This game could be an ugly one but I am not confident in either one of these teams this week, which is why this is one to avoid if you can.
