Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Week 24

Welcome to week 24 which if the final week of the NBA regular reason! Some leagues celebrated the Finals last week while others go right to end of the season! Both ways are great and good luck to all remaining in the finals baby! It’s do or die time so make sure to keep a special eye on last minute injury updates and know what starters are taking a rest! Here our five names though who are set for a massive final week of the regular season and are ready to make a big impact on your Fantasy Finals! Good luck everyone!

Week 24 Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire

Quentin Grimes, SG/SF – New York Knicks (31% rostered)

Quentin Grimes and the New York Knicks are back! The Knicks clinched there second post-season appearance in the last three years which means it’s time to be resting some starters. Luckily for us, Quentin Grimes is widely available and an absolute must-add player. Grimes is on fire posting four 22+ point performances in his six games and has totaled at least five rebounds and five assists in three out of his last five games. Julius Randle will miss the remainder of the regular season and star Jalen Brunson who’s missed time with injury of late is sure set to get some rest over the final week. Make Quentin Grimes a priority off the waiver wire this Championship week as he’s averaging a sweet 22.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.8 steals and 5.0 3PTM in four of his last five games. In the last week of the NBA regular season, Grimes is becoming Vincent Chase in Entourage and is the new Queen’s Boulevard of New York.

Talen Horton-Tucker, SG/SF – Utah Jazz (49% rostered)

Talen Horton-Tucker has been a waiver wire gem of late but with a roster percentage under 50% he has to mentioned once again. The Jazz playoff hopes are hanging by a thread and the injuries are starting to pile up making THT a must mention here. He’s received over 30 minutes in his last three games and is raking in the stats averaging 33.7 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 3.0 3PTM over his last three games. Those are LeBron James level stats folks, so make sure you rush to the waiver wire and add Talen-Horton Tucker folks. It’s THT time, it’s dynamite!

Malcolm Brogdon, PG/SG – Boston Celtics (66% rostered)

As mentioned earlier, it’s the last week of the regular season which means it’s time to rest the stars. So, you can expect the Celtics to rest Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown on occasion this week. Enter Malcolm Brogdon who’s been a top-15 player over the last week even with both of them in the lineup! Brogdon is in a groove right now averaging 17.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 3PTM in three of his past four games. Not to mention shooting 50% from the field and 92% from the free-throw line. He’s hitting multiple categories on excellent efficiency. Expect some monster numbers when Boston rest some starters. Brogdon will be a great play.

T.J. McConnell, PG – Indiana Pacers (33% rostered)

With the Indiana Pacers playoffs pretty much out of reach, it’s unlikely stars Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner will return this season meaning plenty of opportunity is up for grabs. T.J. McConnell always reaps the rewards baby! McConnell has been dealing in Haliburton’s absence posting at least five assists in four straight games and has scored in double figures in seven-straight games. McConnell is averaging 18.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 6.5 assists over his last two games. Those are stats you cannot miss out in the last week. Must-add!

Corey Kispert, SG/SF – Washington Wizards (15% rostered)

If you need some points and three-pointers, then make Corey Kispert a priority off your waiver wire adds! The sophomore Kispert is on a scoring spree taking over from the injured Bradley Beal and Kyle Kuzma. The Wizards season is basically over and are decimated by injuries so the sharp-shooting Kispert is a must-add. Kispert is averaging a monster 28 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 6.5 3PTM over his last two games and he’s posted at least 26 points in three of his past five games. He’s definitely got the magic touch right now so make sure you add Corey Kispert for your Finals week!
