Whether you’re an obsessed EPL fan like our Fantrax HQ team, or a casual player new to the world of Fantasy EPL, you know to start your attacking players against relegation-threatened sides. We’re not going to waste your time dealing with the obvious! The goal of this article is to delve into notable players across each Fantrax position and let you know if you should be starting or sitting those players.

Our format is as follows: We will be choosing 2 different teams. One will be our starts of the week, made up of non-obvious, low-rostered players. Now let’s see the teams!

Our starts this week features a few really good options for Gameweek 25, and beyond. Kicking things off with Anthony Gordon, the Everton youngster has been playing really well in recent weeks and I’m surprised to see him rostered in just 34% of leagues. With Lampard in charge his minutes should increase, and teammate Gray might be out for a couple of weeks due to injury. Everton face a leaky Leeds side this weekend. And speaking of Leeds, although leaky in defence, they have seemingly rediscovered their shooting boots. Rodrigo gained two assists on Wednesday against Villa, and could see more attacking returns against Everton. Joelinton rounds out the forward-line, and is a low-key Fantrax beast in his new central midfield role.

Jacob Ramsey is the marquee attraction in midfield, after his brace against Leeds in Gameweek 24. The young Englishman is going from strength-to-strength and proving his worth as a Fantrax asset. Ryan Fraser also features after his goal and assist last time around. Although the Newcastle man scored extremely poorly for ghost points. Double Gameweek 25 assets Yves Bissouma and Alexis Mac Allister also get the nod as they face both Watford and Manchester United this week.

Hassane Kamara has performed pretty well since arriving in the Premier League, and could be in for another big score as Watford face Brighton this week. Tyrick Mitchell is scoring well for ghost points at the moment, and should score fairly well against a goal-shy Brentford. Cristian Romero and David Raya Martin round out the Gameweek 25 Starts.

The Gameweek 25 Sits feature a mixture of players who are out of favor, don’t score well enough on Fantrax to warrant their high rostered %, or currently have unknown prospects under new management. Starting off with out of favor players, Youri Tielemans and Harvey Barnes look set for a spell on the bench after recent displays and transfer speculation. Tielemans is rumored to be leaving the club in the summer, so his time as an elite asset may be over until next season.

The group of players who don’t score well on Fantrax contains Said Benrahma, Raul Jimenez, Wilfried Zaha, Stuart Dallas, and Nelson Semedo. These assets can score well on their day, but I’m not backing them to perform this weekend. Andros Townsend and Michael Keane feature here as their prospects are diminishing somewhat under the management of Lampard. Townsend gained a lowly 2 points after starting in Gameweek 24, and Keane has now managed minus scores in each of his last three starts. He’s borderline droppable; 81% rostered is incredibly high. Vladimir Coufal and Emiliano Martinez round out the Gameweek 25 Sits, and are perhaps unlucky to do so.
