So far after six weeks of football, Derrick Henry looks like the clear-cut RB1 for the rest of the season. Going against Kansas City, I 100% have him as the number one ranked RB for Week 7. Even when Dalvin Cook and Christian McCaffrey are back fully healthy I believe Henry will still hold onto that spot.
For Week 7 this RB rankings list will look a little different than most weeks. For one, a lot of solid running backs are one a bye this week. Such as Austin Ekeler, Dalvin Cook, Ezekiel Elliott, and Najee Harris. Also, Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are both out with injuries.

Week 7 RB Rankings Notes:
Leonard Fournette breaks the top 10 for the first time this season. I have him ranked at 9 this week as the Buccaneers play the Bears. Fournette has been trending up the last three weeks scoring 15.4, 19, and 27.7 fantasy points. Fournette is the clear-cut workhorse for the Buccaneers now and should be a must-start every week. Last week he had 22 carries. The Buccaneers are so overpowered on offense this year, so they will be playing ahead for most of their games going forward. Which means they will run the ball a lot.
Another surprise is Josh Jacobs as RB11 this week. Jacobs has been hurt this season, but even if he was healthy I don’t think I would ever have him this high. Especially with Kenyan Drake as the backup. But, ever since Jacobs has come back from his injury his carries have grown more and more by the week. This week the Raiders have the Eagles and their defense is the ninth-worst against running backs. The Raiders offense is rolling and Darren Waller hasn’t been the red zone threat he has been. So Jacobs will get the red zone touchdowns this week.
Lastly, is Elijah Mitchell as RB16. This could be a bold take but before the bye week, Trey Sermon only had one carry. He was also barely on the field for Week 5. As soon as Mitchell came back from his injury he was instantly tossed back into the lead role. After a week of rest, he will be set for a huge week against the Colts. The 49ers are the absolute worst team when it comes to choosing a running back. But, with Hasty and Mostert out, Mitchell is the lead back for them. He is a solid RB2 or flex if you have running backs on a bye week.
