Week 22 Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire

Konstantinos Mavropanos – Defender – 27% Rostered – West Ham vs Bournemouth

The Greek defender has become a key cog in West Ham’s defense. He’s earned three clean sheets over his last four starts. West Ham has climbed to 6th place and are undefeated in their last five. In their previous three home games, they’ve won by a combined 5-0 scoreline against quality competition.

Wilson Odobert – Forward – 26% Rostered – Manchester City vs Burnley

He’s recorded at least one shot in each of his six starts. The 19-year-old is playing with a youthful energy, and he’s got two goals and an assist for his efforts. This is clearly not a great matchup for him and Burnley, as they travel to Manchester City. But Odobert is a player who could be a solid player moving forward as the season progresses. It’s a long season and there aren’t great options out there. He’s worth a look of the week 22 EPL waiver wire.

Facundo Buonanotte – Midfielder – 19% Rostered – Luton vs Brighton

Brighton injuries have continued throughout the season. This gives Buonanotte another chance to start. He’s been relatively quiet, but has a goal and assist, plus we’ve seen some flashes. Luton have conceded 38 goals (4th worst), while the Seagulls have stuck with their open style of play. There will be chances for them in this game, so if you looking for a bit a high reward potential week 22 waiver wire choice, he (and teammate Danny Welbeck) should be on your list.

Sam Johnstone – Goalkeeper – 16% Rostered – Crystal Palace vs Sheffield United

This is a straight matchup option for you. Palace has been struggling recently, but Sheffield, sitting in last place, offers a chance for them to gain some much-needed ground in the table. SHU have the worst goals for record in the EPL, with only 17 to their tally thus far. It’s a chance for a cleansheet at home. I’m also looking at American defender Chris Richards, who has been active and starting, and in a good matchup.

Don’t be afraid to look ahead at week 23 as you use your week 22 EPL wire waiver. Check the matchups, be sure you double-check injuries after the FA Cup and International games. Go with your gut. Have fun.

Good luck!
