Alex Verdugo – OF Boston Red Sox

That’s good news for Verdugo, as there was some fear that he would miss time. He should be considered DTD with the possibility of it being even better than that.

Aaron Civale – SP Cleveland Guardians

This was Civale’s first rehab appearance, and he was outstanding. The only drawback here was his limited pitch count, but that will rise in time.

Jared Walsh – 1B Los Angeles Angels

Walsh has been doing quite well in his rehab, hitting .500 with a lot of walks. The problem is the sample size is quite small (six games) so the team may want to see more consistent healthy playing before giving him a shot. Then again, this could be all that they’ve wanted to see, so be prepared.

Dustin May – SP Los Angeles Dodgers

The team made it official here and gave him the PRP injection to hopefully avoid surgery. That said, he will be gone for more than the minimum of fifteen days.

Francisco Alvarez – C New York Mets

It’s unclear as to whether or not this is anything serious, but the team gave him a day off. Without specifics, it’s hard to pinpoint what’s happening here. For now, consider him DTD but likely to play this weekend.

Starling Marte – OF New York Mets

Marte got himself the night off because of his sore hand after getting hit by a pitch. It doesn’t appear to be anything serious, but he may need another day or so before returning.

Josh Donaldson – 3B New York Yankees

This mishap will delay his return for a bit, but luckily there is nothing overly serious happening here.

Seth Lugo – SP San Diego Padres

Lugo injured himself during his last start and will require time away to heal. This doesn’t appear to be a serious injury, so fifteen days should do it.

Andres Munoz – RP Seattle Mariners

That’s good news for Munoz, as he has been trying to return from a shoulder injury and a subsequent setback about a month ago. The PRP injection seems to be working, and he will test its strength when he progresses to the mound. The team is likely to take things slowly with him.

Tommy Edman – 2B St. Louis Cardinals

It’s unclear how serious an issue this is, but he was forced to leave the game. For now, consider him DTD in order to heal up properly.

Tyler O’Neill – OF St. Louis Cardinals

There’s no word yet on how those meetings went, but the crux of it was to get a better sense of where he is physically and how to help. There should be more updates today with a better grasp of a timeline for him.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. – 1B Toronto Blue Jays

It turns out that he did pinch-hit, so all looks to be well for the Jays with regard to Guerrero.
