Fantasy Football 2023: Week 17 Wide Receiver Rankings

For some Week 17 means you’re in the championship and trust me you’ll need to see these wide receiver rankings if you want to win. For others, this is your semifinal game. So, let’s get you into the championship game.

Last week had some top performers like Mike Evans and Tee Higgins. Let’s find out who is going to be at the top this week.

Wide Receiver Notes

  • Let’s start with Chris Olave as my WR7. Olave had 13 targets last week and took in nine for 123 yards. The only thing missing was a touchdown. The week before Olave was out with an ankle injury so it is safe to say he is at 100%. Olave looks like a league winner for Week 17. Tampa Bay is giving up the fourth most fantasy points to wide receivers per game in 32.3. This game is going to be a shoot out and I expect Olave to have another huge game.
  • Next, I have Tee Higgins have my WR12. Higgins had a huge game last week, while the rest of the Bengals didn’t do anything. He does have a difficult matchup against the Chiefs this week, but I don’t see them shutting down Higgins. Ja’Marr Chase is likely to sit out, so that means Higgins is going to get all the looks again. He has three touchdowns in his last two games. He is the top red-zone target for the team.
  • Lastly, I have Chris Godwin as my WR23. Godwin has been a PPR machine as of late. But, it looks like Mike Evans will get all the touchdowns. However, if you are out a receiver this week or need a flex spot. I love Godwin as a solid flex start this week. He has 34 targets in his last three games. He may not be getting the touchdowns, but he is getting the targets and receptions. So if you are in a half or full PPR league, then Godwin is a great flex-start.
