Fantasy Football 2022: Week 6 Wide Receiver Rankings

Week 6 is here, and it is time for another week of wide receiver rankings. Week 6 also means the start of bye weeks for the season. The Lions, Texans, Raiders and Titans are all on a bye this week. So no Davante Adams, Brandin Cooks, Amon-Ra St. Brown, or Robert Woods. But, don’t worry I have you covered with my Week 6 Wide Receiver Rankings. It is always hard to know who to pick up or who to start on your bench. Pay attention below, and let’s get into it.

Week 6 Wide Receiver Notes:

  • Marquise Brown jumps up to WR10 this week. The Cardinals face off against the Seahawks who have played well against wide receivers this year. But, this game should be a shootout. Brown is a must-start WR2 in every league. Brown’s last three games have been 21, 17.8 and 17.8 fantasy points.
  • Michael Pittman Jr. has been disappointing the last two weeks since returning from his injury. But, the targets are there. He is still my WR15 for the week. The Colts just haven’t been able to put points on the board. This week will be the week Pittman breaks out of his slump. He is too talented a wide receiver to not produce.
  • Next, we have a reception machine in Jakobi Meyers. Meyers needs to be rostered in every league that counts receptions as points. He only has one touchdown on the season but in three games this year he has put up 8.2, 14 and 20.6 fantasy points. He is my WR35 and an excellent flex option or WR2 if you have a top receiver on a bye this week.
  • The Steelers have looked awful this season, but George Pickens is showing some hope in terms of fantasy. Since Kenny Pickett took over, Pickens production has improved. In his last two games, Pickens scored 13.2 and 11.3 fantasy points. In both games, he had six receptions and one game for 102 yards and the other 83 yards. Pickens is a sneaky WR32 for Week 6.

Lastly, I have Chris Olave at WR16. Even when Michael Thomas is on the field, Olave is the number one receiver. Olave has double-digit scoring in three straight weeks and I don’t see him stopping. The Bengals will test the Saints this week, So I expect Olave to be a main part of the game plan.
