With the World Series just around the corner, the 2017 Major League Baseball season is close to wrapping up. For most teams, as well as their Minor League affiliates, the season ended almost a month ago. The San Diego Padres were one of the worst teams in baseball for another straight season, finishing 71-91 and fourth in the NL West.
