Double Up! Two-Start Pitchers For April 9-15

We spent five months waiting for baseball. Now, there's already a full week of baseball in the books. Week two kicks off Sunday. Whether you're looking for that elusive first win or trying to keep the perfect season alive, two-start pitchers will do you wonders. As I'm writing this in my room in New York, it's snowing outside. Yeah, snow in April. So keep that in mind for those east-coast guys when reading this list. We've already seen a handful of postponements and I wouldn't be surprised if there were more next week.…

2018 Fantasy Baseball Rankings: Starting Pitchers, Part 3 (51-75)

This gets said most seasons, but starting pitching is incredibly deep. Between safe veteran options and up-and-coming young flamethrowers, there's a little bit of everything in this part of the rankings. I've always preached the depth of pitching while filling out your roster. It's certainly important to grab some top-tier arms, but filling out your pitching staff with strong late-round options can pay big dividends. Jake Odorizzi Traded to the Twins

The Rays have traded Jake Odorizzi to the Twins for hitting prospect Jermaine Palacios. The Rays continue to sell off pieces, with the 27-year-old Odorizzi being the last piece to leave. Odorizzi (265 ADP) is an acceptable fourth or fifth starter who has been average the past few seasons, with ERAs hovering around 4.00. As we come down to the last week of the regular season in Major League Baseball and fantasy leagues, hopefully you are in a position to win or place in your league or you might be looking for a keeper to pick up for next year. This week's waiver wire recommendations has a little of both to help those in contention and those who might be looking to bolster their roster for seasons in the future. All players on this list are owned in less than 50 percent of ESPN leagues with stats as of September 22. Justin Bour, 1B, Miami…

Two-Start Pitchers: Week of September 11, 2017

Playoff chases and Wild Card races have really gotten interesting here in the last three weeks of the season, and there promises to be several close finishes. In addition, fantasy seasons are nearing the home stretch, as well. This time of year, it gets a lot harder to determine which pitchers will actually get two starts. Sometimes it is hard enough to peg a single-start week! With all kinds of crazy weather, innings limits on young pitchers, injuries, and teams expanding to six-man rotations in September, determining if…
