Fantasy Football: Week 15 Wide Receiver Matchup Report

Antonio Brown and DeAndre Hopkins each recorded top-two weekly finishes last week, finishing with over 20 fantasy points each. The only other receiver to record a 20+ point week in Week 14 was Davante Adams. Adams continues to play stellar football despite the loss of quarterback Aaron Rodgers back in Week 6. Adams has the exact same overall fantasy ranking (WR7) in 2017 as he did in 2016. The same cannot be said for teammate Jordy Nelson. Nelson has fallen off a cliff since Aaron Rodgers’ departure. Nelson has totaled an…

Fantasy Football: Week 14 Recap

You could make a case for Week 14 as the most exciting week of the 2017 regular season. We had our first blizzard game, the Browns nearly had a win, and some guy called Trey Burton led all tight ends in fantasy points (24.1). Seriously, though, this was a big week for owners, and quite an unpredictable one. There were some big breakout performers that we'd kinda forgotten about, and a few big names that were a real Debbie downer. Here's your recap: Thumbs UpCan the Cowboys actually salvage this thing? They might…

Fantasy Football: Week 14 Quarterback Matchup Report

Week 13 was quite interesting in the QB world. The Giants benched Eli Manning for Geno Smith, Jimmy Garoppolo got his first start of the season, and Tom Savage threw for 365 yards. Weird week, huh? Ready for the weirdest stat of them all? There were 34 QBs to take the field in Week 13, and Tom Brady outscored only six of them. Not throwing for any touchdowns might have had something to do with that. He still outscored Matt Ryan, but that’s not too hard to do these days. For most fantasy leagues, the playoffs start this…

Fantasy Football: Week 14 Rankings

For most of you, this is where the fun begins: fantasy football playoffs. Unfortunately, it falls on a week that features some of the season's toughest matchups, as games between the Falcons/Saints, Eagles/Rams, and Chiefs/Raiders hold some real-life playoff implications of their own. If you're on team Brady, you can probably count on a bounce-back week against the Dolphins. Of course, if you own shares in Antonio Brown, you can probably find solace in the fact that he owns 874 career yards and three touchdowns versus the…

Fantasy Football: Week 14 Wide Receiver Matchup Report

Antonio Brown proved once again why he’s the best receiver in the NFL in Week 13. He gutted out a toe injury and posted an overall WR5 performance in Pittsburgh’s come-from-behind victory on Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals. Brown will likely finish the year as the overall WR1 for the third time in four years, and finish as a top-4 receiver for the fifth consecutive campaign. The first of those years was 2013, when a 22-year-old phenom by the name of Josh Gordon captured the overall WR1 spot. That year, Gordon…
