Fantasy Basketball Weekend Streamers is a weekly article put out by Fantrax to help Fantasy NBA managers chase down statistics in weekly league formats. Weekend Streamers

Mason Plumlee, C – Charlotte Hornets | 80% rostered

Best stats: REB, PTS, BLK

Every year, Mason Plumlee flirts with fantasy relevance, and 2022 seems no different. Over his last five games Plumlee has played over 25 minutes each night, and over 30 on three separate occasions.

Like most streaming options, usage is almost always the best indicator of success. During the aforementioned current five-game stretch the veteran center is averaging 13.6 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks.

Santi Aldama, C/F – Memphis Grizzlies | 73% rostered

Best stats: BLK, 3PM, REB

With Jaren Jackson Jr back in the starting lineup Aldama is expected to see his role more limited in the future, but not just yet.

Jackson Jr will be on limited minutes as he returns from injury, and after his first game back it seems Steven Adams may actually be the odd man out, playing only 13 minutes.

Aldma is averaging nearly 10 points, and over 1 block per game this season while hitting 1.2 threes per contest.

Immanuel Quickley, G – New York Knicks | 67% rostered

Best stats: STL, PTS, 3PM

He could score 10 points all weekend, and I apologize for that. But, Immanuel Quickley can be an elite scorer when he’s on, and Thibs lets him play.

After seeing less than 20 minutes in three straight games the third-year guard has played 20+ in four straight, including a 24-point outburst against the Thunder.

Quickley may be a risk, but with 2 games in 3 nights, your odds go up that he may have an output explosion when your team needs it most.

Lonnie Walker, G/F – Los Angeles Lakers | 69% rostered

Best stats: PTS, 3PM STL

Lonnie is HOT! Over his last 6 games, Walker has posted 19.1 points, 2.7 threes, and 1 steal per night. On a laker team that sorely needs offensive help, Walker is their second-best scoring option with Lebron sidelined.

Even if Lebron does return over the weekend Walker’s minutes and role should be in good shape. Unless the Lakers add depth to this roster via trade, Walker should remain a huge part of the offense.

Max Strus, G/F – Miami Heat | 79% rostered

Best stats: 3PM, PTS, STL

Max Strus is having a breakout season, and Erik Spoelstra is certainly taking notice. Over his last 10 outings, Strus played less than 32 minutes only once. The undrafted wing is averaging 3 three-pointers, and 15 points per game, while chipping in nearly a steal per, on the defensive end.

If Strus isn’t owned in your league, it’s time to pick him up. Again, I realize his current rostered percentage is high, but that is due to the many deep leagues on Fantrax. If you’re in a standard 10 or 12 team league he could very well be available.

Deni Avdija, F/G – Washington Wizards | 45% rostered

Best stats: TBD

He’s a wildcard. He might score 20 points, he may snag 7 rebounds, heck, Avdija might even get you 3 steals. I can’t promise you which stat he is going to excel at, but he has a hankering for at least one per game.
