College Football DFS Bargains for CFF Week 11

The DFS options for college football are limitless in a Week 11 slate sprinkled with marquee matchups. LSU and Alabama face off in a game with ample Playoff implications on the line and Penn State faces off against another unexpected undefeated in Minnesota. Best of all, Hawaii and San Jose State opens up with a 77-point over and will likely be the best possible matchup on Saturday. So, yeah, there’s plenty of big games to watch while your College Football DFS lineups are hopefully pulling in some green.

Week 11 College Football DFS Picks

Saturday Noon

QB, Skylar Thompson, Kansas State

Draft Kings Price: $6,300

FanDuel Price: $9,400

Man Draft Kings can really miss the memo sometimes. Texas has a bottom-five defense in college football, Skylar Thompson has eight rushing touchdowns in three weeks, and DK has him at the average per-player price. FanDuel doesn’t have him at the cheapest but he’s still very affordable and will make an excellent addition to any DFS lineup given the obvious floor against an atrocious defensive unit.

QB, Hendon Hooker, Virginia Tech

Draft Kings Price: $5,900

FanDuel Price: $8,400

Despite saying he was good to go, Justin Fuente decided to pull Hendon Hooker from his starting spot for the week and give him a week to focus on a matchup and prepare. This week Hooker is good to go despite being listed as doubtful on Draft Kings and FanDuel. Hooker is in for a huge game in which he must chase the dynamic Wake Forest offensive unit in a game that opens with a 63.5 point over.

RB, SaRodorick Thompson, Texas Tech

Draft Kings Price: $5,700

FanDuel Price: $8,400

SaRodorick Thompson is one player that just hasn’t gotten the respect he deserves out of the DFS price makers and it is our duty to make them pay for it. Thompson has been incredibly productive since establishing himself as the top dog for Texas Tech and hasn’t gone under 14 points in three consecutive weeks. West Virginia has a miserable defense and is one of the worst in allowing explosive plays, according to Football Outsiders, and Thompson will dominate the mountaineers because of that.

RB, Master Teague III, Ohio State

Draft Kings Price: $5,000

FanDuel Price: $6,600

Although JK Dobbins leads the Big Ten in rushing yards, Master Teague III has clocked in the top five in the Big Ten as the backup. Teague has an opportunity for a big week against Maryland if he continues to garner double-digit carries. Maryland stopped Syracuse and hasn’t stopped much since then leaving Teague with an excellent chance to score decent points and he comes in ridiculously cheap in both Draft Kings and FanDuel.

WR, Devin Duvernay, Texas

Draft Kings Price: $6,500

FanDuel Price: $9,500

I’m not 100% sure as to why he’s so cheap on Draft Kings this week but the boys at DK this week have him coming in at just above average per player price. Duvernay has gotten 30+ points in the previous two weeks and has the potential to do so again against Kansas State who put themselves on the map with a win over Oklahoma. You may not have the funding for him on FanDuel but Duvernay is a must add on Draft Kings.

WR, Kendall Hinton, Wake Forest

Draft Kings Price: $5,700

FanDuel Price: $8,100

The former-quarterback has made a splash at receiver this season and is one of the most underrated fantasy performers this weekend. Even FanDuel feels unsafe pricing one of the safer options at receiver this season given he has 26 receptions over a three week period. Don’t let the low prices fool you, Hinton is totally worth the $8,100 you’re paying on FanDuel.

Saturday 3:30

*A lot of options in the Noon time slot are also available in the 3:30 time slot so feel free to double down.

QB, Jayden Daniels, Arizona State

Draft Kings Price: $6,200
FanDuel Price: $9,300

Obviously Eno Benjamin is the top option for the Arizona State Sun Devils and is also a logical start should you decide to roll with him. I will say however that Jayden Daniels has gone off the past few times I’ve advocated for him and USC’s lackluster defensive unit is a great matchup for the young signal-caller who the Sun Devils have relied more on in weaker matchups. He’s rather inexpensive on both Draft Kings and FanDuel and pairs nicely with Brandon Aiyuk.

RB, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, LSU

Draft Kings Price: $6,000
FanDuel Price: $8,300
The unsung hero for the LSU Tigers, Clyde Edwards-Helaire with big games against Auburn and Texas that kept the Tigers ahead and most importantly undefeated. Helaire is coming off of a 136-yard outing against one of the best-run defenses in college football and Alabama’s depleted linebacking corps won’t have many answers to the veteran back.

Saturday 7:00

QB, Brock Purdy, Iowa State

Draft Kings Price: $7,900
FanDuel Price: $9,700
This is another play for you DraftKings guys out there. Brock Purdy has been electric and only got better with the emergence of Breece Hall into the fold. Oklahoma and Iowa State never cease to disappoint in the fantasy department and Brock Purdy might be my favorite option in this game.

RB, Ronnie Rivers, Fresno State

Draft Kings Price: $6,400
FanDuel Price: NA
Anybody who plays college fantasy football is aware of Ronnie Rivers and the Fresno State Bulldogs. Although Rivers isn’t the gold standard for a G5 running back, he has been largely productive all season long. Utah State won’t offer too much of a hassle for Rivers who looks to finish off his career strong.

RB, Rico Dowdle, South Carolina

Draft Kings Price: $5,200
FanDuel Price: $7,200
The two-headed monster of Tavien Feaster and Rico Dowdle have frustrated DFSers all season long and the injury to Rico Dowdle paved the way to a multiple-week run of success for Feaster. Now it’s Dowdle’s turn to show out with Feaster on the sideline due to a groin injury. Dowdle has flashed in spots this season and even though App State isn’t your average G5 team, Dowdle should still find success as the Gamecocks pursue a bowl birth. Not to mention he’s relatively cheap so why not?

WR, Deshaunte Jones, Iowa State

Draft Kings Price: $5,700
FanDuel Price: $7,700
I have yet to understand why Deshaunte Jones is always so cheap on FanDuel and Draft Kings. He’s a big body that leads the Iowa State Cyclones in receptions, he averages 18 points per game, and this week he’s got an incredible matchup against a reeling Oklahoma team. He has yet to go under double digits all season and is below the average price per player. Don’t overcomplicate it.

WR, Corey Sutton, App State

Draft Kings Price: $5,200
FanDuel Price: $7,200
Since coming back from suspension, Corey Sutton was really unable to establish himself as the top option for Zac Thomas until last week when he caught a pair of scores on six receptions. South Carolina is no pushover but the App State offense will have a lot more success out of the passing game as the Gamecocks focus on stopping dynamic playmaker Darrynton Evans. If you want to give a cheap player a chance, Sutton is your guy.

WR, Lawrence Cager, Miami

Draft Kings Price: $5,300
FanDuel Price: $8,200
Normally I wouldn’t advocate for any Georgia wide receiver but Lawrence Cager has paved quite the road for himself since leaving Miami. Cager’s 6-foot-5 frame has helped him amass four receiving touchdowns this season while also tacking on 26 receptions over the same six-game period. Georgia isn’t much for passing but when they do they seem to like Cager as a matchup problem and he certainly will be against Missouri who I am hoping having a healthy Kelly Bryant.

Saturday After Dark

QB, Josh Love, San Jose State

Draft Kings Price: $7,700
FanDuel Price: $9,600
So I mentioned earlier that San Jose State and Hawaii had a ridiculous over and that Cole McDonald was likely going to be the most expensive option on the board. Well, how about you pick the quarterback that won’t be randomly pulled for his back up despite outplaying him all the time in Josh Love. Love has had a hot streak of games and will continue that this weekend against the dreadful Rainbow Warrior defense.

RB, Xazavian Valladay, Wyoming

Draft Kings Price: $5,600
FanDuel Price: $8,400
Xazavian Valladay had a hot start to the season but cooled down a lot with the rise of Trey Smith and Sean Chambers. But now Valladay has overtaken Smith and Chambers is out of the picture leaving the freshman as the best offensive player on the field. Boise State has a somewhat stout defense but they have been known to give up yardage to talented running backs and Valladay is the most talented under the average per player price.

WR, Bailey Gaither, San Jose State

Draft Kings Price: $5,700
FanDuel Price: $8,400
Bailey Gaither was a player I loved after last season but I was very concerned about promoting giving he was coming off of an Achilles injury. Last week Gaither demolished the Boise secondary with 110 yards and a score on eight receptions, an easily achievable feat against Hawaii’s not so great pass defense. Expect big plays and plenty of touches for the senior as well as several touches for Tre Walker.
